my current version of QuickBooks work?
A - If you have Pro or Premier 2006 you only need to upgrade to 2007-08. 2. Does every pc that uses Make Sense Software require QuickBooks to be installed for this to work properly? A - No, but you will need QuickBooks installed on at least one pc that also has Power Dealer Suite or Alarm Dealer Pro. You only need to install QuickBooks on personal computers that are going to be directly posting payments to QuickBooks. You have the option of either batch posting QuickBooks transactions, or posting transactions in real time. 3. What if I don't want a user to have access to QuickBooks but their pc is sometimes used for work tied to financial transactions? A - Yes, you can do that. QuickBooks can be installed on a pc so that financial transactions are tied to Make Sense Software even if a user does not have permissions in QuickBooks to view your company's QuickBooks file. 4. What is your relationship with QuickBooks? A - Our ties to QuickBooks are fully sanctioned and supported by Intuit/QuickBooks. 5. When will this be available? A - Right now! QuickBooks ties is available in Version 4 of Power Dealer Suite and Alarm Dealer Pro. In addition, as QuickBooks adds additional functionality to these back-end data ties Make Sense Software will continue to deepen our integration with QuickBooks Pro and Premier.
